Welcome! As a non-profit organization, the Idaho Inclusiveness Coalition (IIC) focuses attention on the knowledge, understanding and inclusion of diverse communities across Idaho.

From brown bag workshops to a biennial diversity symposium, the IIC serves as a useful, local resource for human resource and training specialists, business leaders, educators, state and local workers, professionals and students.
